Celebrate the return of light as you recharge and reconnect with your inner radiance!  Join Linda DeVincentis Yoga and the amazing Admiral Fitzroy Inn team on the roof deck for a deeply rejuvenating evening.  Melt tension and replenish your energy as you immerse yourself in gentle SPA yoga, guided self-massage, aromatherapy and a serene sound bath… all with spectacular Newport Harbor views as your backdrop!  

Return from your sound bath journey in a serene state of slowness to savor the longest day of the year with a sunset chocolate meditation.  Seasonally inspired sips and sweets will further delight your senses as you enjoy community connection and celebrate summer!!!

Perfect if you are seeking to manage stress and overwhelm, release tension and increase your overall sense of well-being and joy. You will leave refreshed and radiant.  Ready to enter the season of light with renewed energy and vitality!  All levels are welcome.  Beginners are encouraged.

*Parking is only available for guests of the Admiral Fitzroy Inn.  Discounted single nite stays are available to Summer Solstice Celebration participants.  Mention the Summer Solstice Celebration when you email [email protected]  or call 866-848-8780 the inn for availability and details. 
*Event guests not staying at the inn,.. please be sure to leave ample time for parking.  Parking lots on and around Thames have varying rates.

I offer caring support to people that would like to better manage stress, build strength and create a more vibrant life through movement, meditation, reiki, sound journeys and self-care practices. Utilizing decades of practice and training, ten plus years of teaching and a kind heart, I meet you where you are and provide skillful, compassionate guidance.

Today I am more passionate than ever about sharing practices, tools and techniques that enhance the harmony and well-being in your life. Allowing you to thrive—even during difficult times.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner returning to the heart of your practice, you are welcome just as you are, to a safe and supportive space.  Appreciate yourself as you are while building strength and resilience.  All of my classes, events, programs, retreats and private sessions are designed to be nurturing and lighthearted.
